OUR STORY
FiYoWa – a door between two worlds
How the search for one's own way brought us together.
FiYoWa lives through people working together. This story tells of a first contribution and our shared path. As equals. Each responsible for our own actions. Together.

The founder of FiYoWa is a human being, just like you and every one of us. He is not a guru, a master, a teacher, or God. He is an equal part of the whole. No more. No less.
He placed the first puzzle piece in a shared space. Other people joined in and brought pieces of their own. His piece is on the same level as every other piece.
He is not FiYoWa. FiYoWa is not him.
FiYoWa exists independently of him and lives through people working together. We walk alongside one another, share experiences, and learn from one another. Everyone is responsible for their own actions.
You walk your own path. Within yourself, you discover what fulfills you and what is true for you. You assess what you encounter and make your own decisions.
FiYoWa is a door between two worlds. Our story tells how we began to walk through it.
The search for one's own way
Long before FiYoWa had a name, there was a question the founder could not let go of:
"What does a life that is truly my own feel like?"
We are shaped long before we make conscious choices about it. By the people close to us. By expectations, experiences, and the stories we hear about ourselves. We learn what earns us approval. When we belong. Which parts of ourselves are welcome and which we are better off hiding.
Sometimes we spend so long adapting that we can barely tell the difference between what we want and what we have learned to want.
His journey began with the wish to hear his own voice more clearly again. He asked himself questions for which there had been too little room until then: "What brings me joy? What fulfills me? What do I lose track of time doing? What within me is waiting to be lived?"
He tried things out, discarded some, and began again. Step by step, he gave expression to what moved him. His life took on more of his own color.
Along the way, he also encountered his wounds, his doubts, and the fear of not being enough. He learned to treat himself with care, especially when he felt uncertain or had made a mistake. In this, he found the meaning of unconditional self-love.
He no longer put off loving himself. He met himself with that love, right in the midst of his imperfect life.
From this care, he drew a strength that at times felt boundless to him. Old wounds were given space to heal, little by little. Much of what had held him back inside began to feel lighter.
He found a home in his own life.
When freedom was no longer enough
At some point, he stood there and thought, "Now I've made it."
He shaped his life as he wanted it to be. He followed his joy, brought ideas to life, and experienced an abundance he had long yearned for. More and more often, he was able to give real form to what had at first existed only in his imagination.
The first year was wonderful. The second was, too.
But after about five years, something changed. What had once excited him became familiar. New possibilities lost their appeal more quickly. In the midst of his freedom, an emptiness grew that he called boredom.
That was hard to admit. Especially now, when so much had become possible.
At the time, he was convinced he had mastered life. Looking back, he also recognized his spiritual ego in this: pride in his own development and the certainty that he had already understood everything essential.
And then, in the middle of it all, he found himself asking:
Now what?
Having another wish fulfilled did not give him an answer. Slowly, he realized how much the life he had created revolved around himself. Around his freedom. His insights. His possibilities.
The question changed:
Who is all this for?
The door to togetherness
He described the turning point through a personal inner image: God comes around the corner and laughs lovingly at the thought of having already reached the end of the path. For him, this image held a message:
It's good that you've made it this far. But it was never only about you.
This image set him a new task: to put his insights into practice in his relationships with others. To listen to other people. To respect their independence. To take responsibility and share his own abilities.
The thought "We are one" took on a new meaning for him.
In his telling of the story, he stood before a door. Behind him lay the familiar questions: "What do I want? What fulfills me? What's in it for me?" Ahead of him lay a path where other people's answers counted just as much as his own.
On that door was written: FiYoWa.
He stepped through. Step by step, he learned to open himself to what emerges between people. Sometimes he fell back into old patterns. Then he tried again. In his experience, this path gradually grew brighter.
As his longing for connection grew, his loneliness also became clearer. In many familiar conversations, there was little room for what moved him inwardly. He searched for people with whom his joy, his questions, and his uncertainty could find a home.
He also searched in religions and spiritual paths. But he did not find the community he longed for there.
In this search, he came to see ever more clearly that the responsibility for his own path lay with him. Love and fear became two words he used to examine his actions: "What is shaping my decision right now? Where am I closing myself off? Where am I meeting someone with openness?"
His desire to change the world kept bringing him back to his own behavior.
After years of searching, he began to create a space for the togetherness he longed for. The first puzzle piece was there. Other people joined in.
This is where a personal beginning became our shared story.
The puzzle of our uniqueness
In this image, every person is a puzzle piece.
Every piece brings its own shape. Experiences, abilities, questions, a particular way of perceiving the world. Each person brings something that was missing before.
Many of us spend a large part of our lives comparing ourselves with others. We try to meet expectations, hide our distinctive traits, and look for a place where we can fit in as well as possible.
In the image of the puzzle, we end up smoothing away the very edges through which we can connect with one another.
That is why our shared journey begins with a loving question: who are you beneath all the expectations, the protective layers, and the stories you have learned about yourself?
What makes you shine? What do you do for the joy of it? What matters to you, even when no one applauds?
That is exactly the idea behind FiYoWa: Find Your Way. Find your own way.
We support one another in getting to know ourselves and expressing who we are. We listen, share experiences, and give one another time. Everyone discovers for themselves what is part of who they are.
No one decides for another person which puzzle piece they are or where their place is.
Our vulnerability is part of this, too. Doubts, unanswered questions, and mistakes have a place in this togetherness. Self-realization happens in the midst of life, as we learn, change, and come to trust our abilities more.
We meet one another with love and respect each person's distinctive shape.
And then comes the second step:
We connect the puzzle pieces with one another.
An ability meets an idea. An experience helps another person move forward. Someone brings a question, and thinking it through together opens up a new possibility.
Every contribution changes the picture. It belongs to all of us and grows with what each person brings.
To begin, we need no wealth, no special status, and no victory over others. We give our attention, share our time, and put our abilities to use.
So connection grows out of recognizing one another. And connection gives rise to working together.
What we create at WunderWerK
WunderWerK grew out of this shared work.
We have created a space where we live and develop this way of being together. People bring what excites them, what they have learned, and what they are creating.
We give ideas form. Share knowledge, think together, and try things out. From an initial idea, we develop shared projects. Along the way, we learn how our different abilities fit together and what each person contributes to making a project succeed.
When we speak of the "Matrix," we mean the patterns we can easily lose ourselves in: constant comparison, pressure to conform, and the feeling that we have to prove our worth over and over again.
At WunderWerK, we give one another room to relate differently. We take ideas seriously, respect personal boundaries, and talk about what we need. We take on tasks, accept responsibility, and change what is not working in our shared efforts.
In this way, something tangible grows out of the idea of connection.
We create structures that serve the people working within them. Every contribution retains its own value. Listening, too. Thinking things through together. The work that hardly anyone sees.
For us, the key to this way of being together has a name: love.
We live it by listening attentively, keeping our promises, respecting another person's boundaries, and taking care of what is entrusted to us.
And so we create things together that go beyond what any one person could do alone.
We call such moments miracles.
Love embraces our differences, too
Different views, needs, and boundaries are part of our life together. We bring all of our humanity with us.
Love shows in how we handle these differences. Whether we respect a no. Whether we admit a mistake. Whether we listen even when we had expected a different answer.
We practice taking responsibility for our words and decisions. We speak about what hurts us and look together for a way of relating that respects everyone's dignity.
Here, too, we follow our own paths. Connection leaves room for different beliefs, for distance, and for new decisions.
Everyone remains free to examine things for themselves, make their own decisions, and change their path.
When we speak of unity, we mean a connection that has room for our differences. Everyone contributes their part. Everyone keeps learning.
How we live our new world
Our new world has already begun. We live it in our encounters and in what we do together.
The two worlds between which FiYoWa opens a door can also be found within us: in the fear of showing who we are and the courage to open ourselves to an encounter. In the familiar habit of comparison and the joy we take in another person's ability.
We walk through this door again and again. In everyday life. In our decisions. In the way we treat one another.
This is how change becomes visible: when we listen attentively to someone, share an ability, or give shape to an idea together. In dancing, too. In laughter. In the joy we experience together.
The way we treat one another changes the part of the world we actually touch.
Today, we walk alongside one another on this path. Everyone brings their own experiences and questions. A shared life grows out of our encounters.
FiYoWa lives through this way of being together. It develops through what we contribute, take responsibility for, and pass on together.
The first puzzle piece marked a beginning. The picture takes shape through all of us.
And what is waiting within you?
What within you has long been waiting to be lived?
A joy you keep putting off. An ability you have had little faith in so far. An idea no one knows about yet.
Give it a small place in your life today.
Return to something that fulfills you. Speak about what moves you. Meet someone with the attention you long for yourself.
And give them room for their own path, too.
Give yourself time to listen to your inner voice. Feel what nourishes your soul. Even a quiet beginning counts.
Our invitation comes down to a few words:
Follow your feelings. Do what fulfills you from the heart. And let something grow from it that is good for others, too.
Your path belongs to you. We shape what emerges between us together.
FiYoWa — Find Your Way.
Welcome to the new world. We're glad you're here.
