Our churches have been places of refuge for centuries. Places whose walls are steeped in countless prayers, hopes, and songs. They were built to give the soul a home, to pause, and to encounter something greater within and around us. With The Ark project, we bring more life, community, and stillness back to where they belong: right into our hearts. The Ark is neither a church service nor a fixed doctrine. It is a space that transcends denominations and is deeply human. A safe harbor in a noisy world, where we reach out to one another, connected by the only things that truly matter: love, compassion, and simply being human. Whether you are deeply rooted in faith, following an individual path, or simply feel a profound longing for peace and genuine community, you are welcome here. Just as you are.

What awaits you at ARK:

• Yoga & movement (flowing, breathing & dancing): We use mindful movement of the body like a silent prayer to shake off everyday stress, calm the mind and arrive fully in the here and now.
• Music & vibration (a touch for the soul): Sounds that reach the heart directly. Music that connects us, carries us and brings the sacred space of the church to life in a completely new, tangible way.
• Meditation & Stillness (Centering & Being with Yourself): A deep immersion in the stillness within you. A space for reflection, to listen to your inner voice and rediscover your own peace.
• Time for Us (Humanity, Sharing & Connection): We share not only the space, but also the moment. A space for genuine encounters from one person to another, free from dogma, masks, or expectations. Food and drinks will also be provided on site.
