The Ark – Together, Real, Connected

On 7 November 2026 the doors of the Epiphaniaskirche in Eschau will open again for a special day together.

The ArK is not a conventional yoga event, a concert or a retreat with a rigid schedule. It is a Space for connection. A place where, for a few hours, we can step out of everyday life, quiet our minds a little and reconnect more deeply with ourselves and each other.

Move your body. Open your heart. Be in community.

Over roughly six hours, there is an interweaving of Yoga, Meditation, and Music together. We move, we breathe, we become still, we listen, we connect and leave room for whatever wants to emerge that day.

This is not about having to perform or achieve anything. You do not need any special prior knowledge, and you do not have to be anyone in particular.
You can simply come as you are.

The church's unique atmosphere offers us a place where stillness, sound, movement, and community can come together in their own special way.

Perhaps you come for the movement.
Perhaps for the music.
Perhaps for a moment of stillness.
Perhaps you would like to meet new people.
Or perhaps you simply feel that you would like to be there.

Whatever brings you to ArK, you are welcome.

We want to create a space where people can truly meet again. Without masks. Without expectations. With time for one another and time for themselves.

A few hours to pause and breathe.
To feel yourself.
To find inspiration.
And perhaps take something home with you that resonates a little longer.
