THE ARK – Detox Edition

THE ARK – Detox Edition

Cleansing. Awareness. Connection.

Sometimes we sense that it is time to let go.
to shed the old.
To cleanse the body, clear the mind and get your own energy flowing again.

THE ARK – Detox Edition is a space that opens for exactly this.
A day when knowledge, movement, experience and community come together, supported by people who share their work from the heart.

This is not just about detox in a physical sense.
It is about holistic cleansing and recharging on every level.
Gently. Consciously. In connection with yourself and the community.

As with every THE ARK, this day also takes shape organically in the moment.
It is allowed to unfold, change, and reveal exactly what is needed in the moment.
