Embark on a transformative journey to renew your energy and activate your inner power. We will explore various practices to connect body and mind in a unique setting.

🌿 In Connection with Nature: We will be in a beautiful nature reserve. The power of nature will accompany us throughout the afternoon, supporting our process of grounding and renewal.

✨ What Awaits You? ✨
Welcome and Opening: Arriving as a group and tuning in for the gathering.
Kundalini and Mantras: We raise the vibration through specific sequences of movement and sound.
Energetic Yoga: An intensive session to activate every cell of your body and get the energy moving.
Breathwork (The Journey of the Breath): Conscious breathing over several rounds. Phases of silence and "floating".
Ego Eradicator: Powerful breath of fire to release blockages. An emotional climax and a celebratory close.
Interview: "Self-Realisation": An inspiring conversation with Maria Jose and Alayah.
Fiyowa: Together, we discover the bridge to the new world.

⏳ Duration: We will take our time for this process; we will spend a total of approx. 4 hours together.
🕗 Reception: From 17:45h (Starting promptly at 18:00h).
🧘 What to Bring: Yoga mat and water. Optional: some fruit for your own consumption.

💎 Energy exchange: By donation (Suggestion: minimum 5,00 €).
